Does Obama talk slow cause he thinks voters are too dumb to understand him if he talks normally?Condescending?

A lot of older Americans are hard of hearing, Im hearing damged myself, and appreciate someone who can spead speak loud, plain and slow. With the way people turn up their car stereos so you can hear them 15 miles away, I'm surprised many more people aren't completely deaf already.
