Wes Welker or Tj Houshmanzadeh?

I can keep one of these receivers in a trade so who should I keep and who should I trade away?? I am in a PPR league and we have 2points for every 25 punt return yards. I am leaning towards Welker since he scored 210points in my league last year to TJ Housh's 165 and that was without Brady. But I am still unsure since TJ is now a #1 wideout.
