Ratzinger should he be defrocked?

This Pope has disgraced the Catholic Church indeed and totally failed as well as he has lost face to the world. Do you agree that this so called leader is rapidly making already appalling matters worse simply by being there and should be made to stand down immediately. Then be made fully answerable to the law and subsequently defrocked for his negligence over his gross mishandling of these terrible scandals ?
