Honestly speaking, you didnt jump the gun. If a guy is really into you it wont matter what happened you will get a courtesy call. If someone doesnt call you and you go off on them, they will always already have an excuse made up, so you feel bad for what you did. I can ure you, that is what a player does. If he werent a player, even if it were his own moms funeral, he would have at least called and said "hey my mom died, and I need to go take care of things" etc. Trust me on this.
