Why dont people understand Autism?

all my freind i know dont give a care in the wrold that i have Autism they all think im seeking attention or lying (if i tell them i only tell my best freind that i ahve the syndrome) :/ wth?? is wrong with me :( or they belive me or dont kow what it is :/ there all *Bleeps* i feel ashamed :(
