Was it your period or pregnancy?

So, my period is due any day now. I started December 5 to be exact. I've just noticed that my are sore on the outsides, and they are tender to the touch, but only in that outside area. I have been just exhausted and drained, and have had a few twinges, almost like cramping, but lasting only a few minutes both on the left and right tonight. The thing that gets me is that honestly, I've probably thrown up 5 times my entire life, and laying here, I feel nausea like I could run and puke my guts out. I am going to wait to test, but I know that the symptoms are a lot alike, and I was just wondering what your own experiences were and if you had the same sore s on the outside. Thank you!
