Tampa, FL vacation activities?

We are traveling to Tampa in May, all the way from Montana. We are already going to Busch Gardens, and of course I know about Disney World. We have a four yr old, and a 2 yr old. My question is about other things that my family could do, that maybe isn't as popular, but is really fun. Thank you.
