97 dodge ram Radiator fan has a wobble....?

my radiator fan is wobbleing obviously when its on....i dont think it has anything to do with the clutch, but where the belt runs along the fan, it wobbles back and forth causing damage to the belt and eventually tearing the belt....what could this be? does the fan always have a natural wobble and the tensioner could be causing this? please help me out with this!!
