What is the best way for people to accept Reverse Racism as solution for the inequality in America?

A reverse racist is someone who endorses interracial dating, producing offspring of mixed races or ethnic backgrounds (blending cultures, languages etc), and denounces all forms of separatism involving traits someone has that were not obtained by their own actions or behaviors. The ultimate goal of reverse racism is to eventually reverse the idea that people can be labeled "white", "black", "hispanic", "asian" etc and eventually just become people with no race description needed to describe someone.
