Depression and mental illness in general can be helped by nutrition changes but need more than this. A Dr. is not going to be online on yahoo answers answering this question. You need to speak with a local Dr. Most of what you are saying to me sounds like some form of depression. Depression is not just feeling sad. (for some people there is no sadness at all) It is much more different. You must get local help as that is the only way to get meds or counseling that may be needed. good luck.
