I want to change my style?

Im afraid that I always look frumpy Im a size 14 with an hourgl figure. I love Jane Norman clothes but cannot afford to spend that much. much more a primark girl. lol. My hair is shoulder length and is in desperate need of a Style and maybe a colour change although I want to grow it. Please help any ideas suggestions. I have a fantastic boyfriend who loves me for who I am but Im so desperate for a change.
