GAME MAKING SOFTWARE?!! READ BELLOW?

i"m looking for a specific game making software that's download able and its symbol is a like a squirrel. I think that macs may have it pre installed when bought but i'm not sure. You can make your own action script and there are some sound effect options and cartoons that can become "characters". please help me with the name!
